A big Shimmyshowcase “Thank You”
to dancers Sephira, April, Taji, Nashua, Natalie, Anaheed, Shauntel, and
RheaRaqs, with special thanks to coordinator Ilana and sound tech Balla Noor,
who together made this past Sunday’s “Shivershowcase” a big hit!
Attention now turns to November 20, when
longtime Shimmyshowcase dancer Yasmin shimmies into the role of coordinator to
present “Thankful for Belly Dance.”
Joining her for this seasonally themed program will be Taji, Atlantis,
Meryem Vani, Hala, Seraphina, Asmara, Bella, Mark Bissell, and Bella Noor. We’re sure that these fabulous dancers will
deliver another great show, so make your plans now to be at Babouch Sunday,
November 20 for another great Shimmyshowcase evening.
In addition to a full bar, Babouch’s
menu includes a variety of tasty appetizers and delicious entrees for your
dining enjoyment during the program. Get
your order in before 6:00 p.m. and enjoy a substantial discount on all
appetizers! Remember—since there’s no
cover charge, we depend upon all Shimmyshowcase friends to support our
wonderful new host venue so that they will invite us back again.
